It would be nice if we could sync this app' with Google Calendar(s).
I really need to centralize my tasks.

Reduce app window width
Window is handsome, but covers too much of the screen. Perhaps hideable columns or narrower buttons, etc.? A popup "New Task" panel might be good--wouldn't have to activate the whole interface just to throw in a task.

Having Context where you can check all tags at 1 place like @ symbol in todoist.com
it will make it more clear to see all tags or contexts at one place , todoist.com has done a good job with that having a small symbol @ which when clicked takes to the list of tags, just an idea.. thanks

having subprojects. having tasks per subproject.
Every project that I have is divided in few sections. then I have task for every section. At the end I need to know the time per section (subproject) and ALSO per whole project. would be nice having a tree in the left panel (project view) displaying the subprojects. thank you

Make entered URLs clickable.
I'd love to be able to paste a URL into a task and have it turn into a link immediately, so that I may click it later to revisit the location of my to-do task.

Minimize and show at top with counter in current task
It would be great to have a status bar that only informs about: Currently working on... and the current time spent.

Create gmail plugin to add new tasks
A significant number of my tasks come from emails. This is the only reason I have been tied to using Remember the Milk as my task manager (they have a simple gmail plugin for quickly generating tasks from emails). This has become a feature I can't do without.

add a full-screen button
The application is written in Flash/Flex. Adding a full-screen button will allow users use the entire screen and avoid distraction while working on managing task

Ability to hide the sidebar and/or the upper bar , will look awesome and get more focus
Ability to hide sidebars and other stuff increases clarity , so now even Office 2010 has all options ot hide all the menu bars in all its software [ powerpoint, word, outlook etc... ]
it will be awesome to have it as well.
